I started Anxious but Alright the same way I start every session steady breath, heavy mind, ready to move.

Life can be chaotic, training gives that chaos a rhythm: move, breathe, reset, repeat. Routine becomes a way to manage the weight we can’t see.

As an Indigenous designer from Northern British Columbia, I carry stories that go beyond fabric. Stories of showing up with anxiety, pressure, doubt and still moving forward.

It's not just about clothing, it’s about expression, resilience and the pride we hold knowing we've been here before. I want anyone who’s ever felt out of place, to know that it’s okay to not have it all figured out. You can be anxious and still be alright

That’s what ABA is about: clean design, durable feel, and a mindset you can wear.
